Early Steps SEND Consultancy welcomes enquiries from parents, early years settings, schools, childminders, and organisations seeking advice or support with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The consultancy is available Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Messages can be sent at any time and a response will usually be provided within 3 working days. During busy periods, responses may take slightly longer, but all enquiries will be acknowledged as soon as possible.
Email is the preferred method of contact for new enquiries, as this allows full details of the request to be reviewed before a response is provided.
